Yoga with Cara K. Griffin
Functional, anatomy-informed yoga grounded in clarity, stability, and real-world movement.
My yoga teaching emphasizes functional alignment, stability, and coordinated movement. Classes are grounded in yoga while informed by anatomy, biomechanics, and practical movement education.
The focus is not on performance or shape, but on understanding how movement works — and how to apply it across bodies, stages of life, and daily demands.
